Shipping
Products that are in stock will ship when payment has been confirmed.
Products that are pre-ordered will ship when they are in stock.
Products that are out of stock will be backordered and shipped when they are in stock again.
Returns
Refunds will be given for unused products within 30 days of the date the order was placed.
Refunds will not be given for CD purchases under any circumstances.
The shipping cost of returning the product is the purchaser's responsibility.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
